Asharqia chamber will carry out the fifth edition of the international training program PMP in Jubail
The training center in Ashrqia chamber will carry out the fifth edition of the training program project management professional (PMP), which is one of the most demanded programs in the world since it one if the requirements to sit for the international test.
This program which was held in the chamber’s office in alfanateer in Jubail industrial city, aims to give an overview of all topics related to project management. That includes the various ways to choose projects, how to establish one, plan for it and manage it, manage the financial aspects of it, how to form a team as well as the contracts and recruitment mechanisms . Thus, the program-, which will last for 6 days- targets certain type of employees, which includes project managers, general managers, site managers, and all of those who would benefit of those projects, along with projects decision makers, engineers and basically any person who wants to improve the quality of his life and wants to sit for the PMP test .
Dr. Sameh Amer, a consultant in project management in the project management institute, PMI, presents this program. The program will discuss several topics, in the first day the general and specific work frames. The second day will discuss Production timetable, while the third will discuss the cost management and quality management. The fourth day will discuss human resources management; the fifth will be about business risk management. The last day subject will be contracts management and stakeholders’ management.
